Planning for the Lions 39W 2011 Midwinter Convention is already underway. 

As Lions of District 39W, this is your convention!  The 2011 convention committee is interested in your opinion of conventions you have attended in the past and your suggestions for the next one. 

All Lions in District 39W are encouraged to complete the following survey  It will only take a few minutes!  Just check the circles and boxes to answer the questions.  You can only check one circle per question, but you can check as many boxes as you want.  Choices for break-out sessions are only a few examples of topics.  Please use the three blank spaces to add your own suggestions for topics.
